It uses a patent-pending system that eliminates the need for stacked outserts in trays, allowing packagers to buy outserts in bulk. Via a conveyor chute, bulk inserts are individually pulled from a hopper, fed to the labeler and brought down a short feed screw that transfers the outsert from the chute to the product container. Hot melt applied to the container adheres the outsert to the container. Operates at speeds exceeding 250 containers/min.
