The D3.1 handles package sizes from very small to giant-size packs for baby diapers. With the help of a commensurate module, large-size packages can be packed in two rows and two layers simultaneously. Maximum package dimensions of the machine reach 560 x 500 x 270 mm. When using the module for one-layer packages, format ranges span from 160 x 120 x 100 to 560 x 500 x 140mm (length x width x height). The module can be easily integrated into the packaging machine. The D3.1 has no bar conveyors. Instead, robot pushers convey the diaper formations from the stacker to precompression.
