PET handling conveyor

A PET handling conveyor enables transportation of bottles by their base under stable conditions at speeds to 1ꯠ bpm. By handling bottles from the base, no turbulent air movement in the vicinity in the neck area can cause bottles to fall, even at conveyor speeds exceeding 100 meters/min.

Available in both aluminum and stainless steel, the new handling system is fully modularized. It includes straight running sections from 750 mm to 3ꯠ mm, a standard drive/idler module, horizontal bends with 1ꯠ mm radius (15° to 90°), a left-to-right neck-support transfer module, special vacuum module, and a standard divert/merge module.
