Zanasi USA is proud to announce that Zanasi S.r.l.—headquartered in Sassuolo, Italy—is now ISO 9001:2008 certified. Zanasi S.r.l. is the sole manufacturer of products sold and serviced by Zanasi USA. ISO 9000 is the internationally recognized series of quality management system standards issued to date in 180 countries.
Zanasi S.r.l.’s certification applies to design, manufacturing, and assistance for ink-jet printing systems, for primary and secondary packaging, and manufactured goods as well as research, development, and production of inks and cleaners for industrial ink-jet printers.
To become ISO 9001:2008 certified, Zanasi S.r.l. underwent a comprehensive evaluation process that included quality management system development, a management system documentation review, pre-audit, initial assessment, and clearance of non-conformances, all of which work to identify corrective actions that eliminate non-conformance to the quality management standard.
Zanasi S.r.l.’s decision to become ISO 9001:2008 certified demonstrates its commitment to providing quality products and services to its customers. To maintain its certification, Zanasi S.r.l. will perform audits to ensure compliance and to assess initiatives for continued improvement.
