By reading the resistance of the heat sealing band directly, the combined system of PIREG-548 and PIREG-C2 delivers rapid and highly accurate temperature measurement. This control architecture eliminates the reliance on thermocouples during the sealing cycle, resulting in faster response times, greater process stability, and consistent sealing quality.
