Designed to inspect small features over a wide area, the unit provides reliable inspection results on the fastest production lines, detecting and inspecting as many as 1,500 ppm. Suitable for applications where small features are being inspected on large parts, or when a much longer working distance is needed and the vision sensor must be mounted far from the area to be inspected. There is no limit on the part features a single Checker can inspect. Multi-image analysis determines whether a part is present without an external trigger, simplifying installation and enabling the tracking of parts in varying positions along the production line.
