The system’s power comes from a high-speed processor and sub-pixel Inspection Builder™ software for a broad range of inspection tasks including pattern find, blob, edge find, OCV, OCR, gauge, and contrast sensing. Impact can achieve 60 full-frames/sec image capture rate, and greater speeds using the built-in support for partial scanning.
