Kliklok-Woodman’s top load carton former, the TransFormer™, allows lock-style and glue-style cartons to be run on the same machine with speeds up to 120 cpm with a single head.

The TransFormer™ features:  a servo rainbow friction feeder that provides smooth, fast operation; an ergonomic waist-level hopper that allows easy carton loading of the machine; a micro-Insight® color touch screen HMI; and a servo driven high-precision THK linear rail head mounting system for absolute head-to-cavity positioning.

Fill-level guidelines are visible both when detergent is in the cap as pictured, and when the cap is empty. On the upper right, we see the OXI logo on the other side of the cap. This branding/logo was also marked on the cap in the LaserSharp process.
