The Eclipse provides a 300 ppm infeed speed. Product is accepted randomly from the upstream equipment, collated and placed. Coding and vision inspection is made in the cartoner, rather than externally. Runs at speeds up to 90 cartons/min. and handles cartons up to 10 in. x 4.5 in. x 12 in. Footprint is 7.5 ft. x 4.5 ft. "Walk in" style delivers easy operator interface. HMI and motion control package. Tool-less changeovers are accomplished in less than 15 minutes.
