The US-4500 coder easily installs on vertical and horizontal form/fill/seal packaging machines, label applicators, and cartoning machines. The coder features stainless steel one piece casting along with a large bore air cylinder for high quality printing on all poly films. The unit uses type sizes as small as 6 point type. This, combined with our new ink saver print head, provides high quality printing of code-dates, prices, lot and expiration codes, establishment numbers, production codes, product ID or any variable printing requirement.

Capable of speeds up to 125 prints per minute, the US-4500 is a durable, lightweight coder which offers placement versatility on all intermittent motion coding applications. The US-4500’s one piece design eliminates costly replacement parts and downtime associated with repairs, and since it is stainless steel, it does not pit or oxidize.

Utilizing a rubber or photopolymer type system along with our pre-inked disposable fast dry ink cartridge, the US-4500 provides the lowest cost per package code. Available ink colors include violet, blue, red, green, black, white and yellow.

Bell-Mark also offers speciality formulations including FDA inks for direct food contact. Fast dry formulations provide excellent adhesion on poly, metalized foil and all substrates.
