Vertical pouch packaging system saves time and labor

In this video, see how the Cryovac® Onpack Model 2052 high-speed vertical pouch system is designed with multiple lanes so that four packages can be filled at once.

The machine is designed to handle a broad range of pumpable products, including those with particulates up to approximately 1/4" in size under hot or cold fill conditions. It can produce 4 packages per cycle. Using optional 840 mm wide film, the machine can produce 2 packages per cycle. The Model 2052 is capable of packaging speeds up to 240 PPM for 4-up configuration using standard end seal technology. System offers a number of standard features (printed film capability, touchscreen, etc.) and can be equipped to provide package options such as easy open features and custom end seal designs.
