The Model XM15 V/F/F S Bagger will be featured at the International Production & Processing Expo in Atlanta, GA, Booth #5749, January 29-31, 2013.

All Triangle intermittent models can be converted to constant motion in the field as production needs change.

Triangle’s X-Series baggers offer the flexibility to run supported or unsupported film, as well as traditional heat sealing or ultrasonic welding. Quick changeover for forming tubes, film rolls, and sealing jaws, results in less downtime and higher OEE.

X-Series baggers are FSMA-compliant and low-maintenance and also feature: pivoting control box for unobstructed 360-degree machine access; stainless steel guard doors; Allen-Bradley stainless steel or food grade motors; and continuously welded frames to reduce vibration.

In addition, Triangle’s X-Series V/F/F S bagger and forming tubes are available in 3 levels of sanitation, including models that meet strict USDA/3A sanitation requirements.
