Sandiacre Packaging Machinery: Flexible bagging machine

Machine is capable of running in both continuous and intermittent motion. A retrofit will accommodate future bag styles and pack types. Machine is built to reduce vibration by carefully balancing the machine, creating a smooth production speed in excess of 160 bags/min. The TG250-RC has 4 independent servo drives: for the film feed, the horizontal and vertical drives of the sealing jaws, and for the back seal.
