Both models can run PE plastic, co-extruded materials, multilayer laminations, coated paper, and more, in thicknesses from 1.25 to 6 mil. Design features common to both include dual-traction wheel-powered film unwind, encoder-controlled film displacement, 3 film-pull belt assemblies, and memory-based product set-ups for instant recall. The Model 1600 produces a finished bag size of 24”Lx16”W (double stroke can increase length to 48”), and the Model 2200 offers a maximum bag size of 36”Lx22”W.
