Triangle Increases PMMI Certified Training Staff

Triangle Package Machinery Company has appointed Rich Charleston as its newest PMMI Certified Trainer and Field Service Technician.

Charleston has extensive hands-on experience servicing vertical form fill seal (VFFS) bag machines, and joined the Triangle team in March 2011.  He has more than 12 years of experience in technical and field service support, customer FATs, and machine building. In his role at Triangle, he will be responsible for building and maintaining the company’s PMMI Certified Trainer Program, as well as technical service and support.

Located in Raleigh, N.C., Charleston will offer top level training and service to Triangle customers across the country. He is enthusiastic about the benefits of the PMMI Certified Trainer Program, which helps packaging end users improve safety, efficiency and productivity, and lower operating costs and downtime. As he explains, “We’ve structured this program to really help the customer absorb the information presented. At the end of our training program, the trainees will walk away knowing as much as a Service Technician with years of experience. We cover everything about the machine’s operation, from basic functions down to the calibration of assemblies.”
