The Ultima® ST vf/f/s bagger from Hayssen (Duncan, SC) measures bag lengths faster than conventional machines, says the company, allowing more time for the filling and sealing stages.

The machine produces bags 2 ½”W to 15”W and 4”L to 22”L at speeds to 95 bags/min.

The Ultima ST uses an Allen-Bradley SLC 5/03 PLC with a standard TPC Quick Panel Jr. operator interface as its basic control system. An Allen-Bradley PanelView 1000 operator interface that includes an upgraded Allen-Bradley SLC 5/04 PLC is available as an option.
