EaglePack will be combined with the existing Parsons Scale Systems of Campbell, allowing the newly formed entity to provide a full range of vertical form/fill/seal machinery. The business will retain a sales and service office in Oakland, CA, while engineering, manufacturing and product management functions will be consolidated into Campbell’s DePere, WI, facility.
