Campbell acquires EaglePack

Campbell Wrapper Corp. has purchased EaglePack Corp. from Johnson Industries Intl.

EaglePack will be combined with the existing Parsons Scale Systems of Campbell, allowing the newly formed entity to provide a full range of vertical form/fill/seal machinery. The business will retain a sales and service office in Oakland, CA, while engineering, manufacturing and product management functions will be consolidated into Campbell’s DePere, WI, facility.
