This development follows TMT’s completion in 2006 of an $8 million expansion project in which it added 280,000 sq ft of high-bay warehousing space and a 10,000-sq-ft maintenance facility at its Napoleon location. TMT customers invested $22 million in inventory to be stored at the new warehouse, bringing the total project investment to $30 million.
“We worked on this expansion plan for about five years, and everything is coming together,” says Tony Marks, TMT president. “Our business has seen double-digit growth for the last five years. Our future expansion plans will focus on the further development of our 40-acre campus in Napoleon, including a possible business park.”
