Supplier news: Domestic acquisitions, agreements

W.R. Grace Co. (Boca Raton, FL) has entered an agreement to combine its packaging business with Sealed Air Corp. (Saddle Brook, NJ), forming a new company, retaining the Sealed Air name and headquarters.

W.R. Grace has also announced the formation of a new specialty chemical company, which will consist of Grace Davison, Grace Construction Products, and Darex Container Products. Headquarters are located in Boca Raton, FL.
