This labeling system features Quadrel’s cabinet-based Versaline labeling system. Products are transferred onto the product conveyor via a customer-furnished transfer. The wipe on label applicator applies a label to the side of the product. The vertical roller assembly stabilizes and controls the glass vials and references the container sidewall as the label is being applied. The dual remote powered unwind provides minimal label changeover time. This system also features a color touch screen; vision system, verification system and a pneumatic eject station.
