To co-pack Esio Beverage Co.’s new Esio Pak concentrate pouches, flexible-pouch fitment and closure supplier IPN USA outfitted a 2,400-sq-ft production room at its plant in Peachtree City, GA. Equipment includes two SFA seal/fill/apply machines from IPN; a continuous ink-jet printer (www.citronix.com); a semi-automatic hand-load cartoner (www.adcomfg.com) with a hot-melt glue system (www.nordson.com) and a laser printer (www.macsalaser.com); an automatic case taper (www.ovalstrapping.com); and an ink-jet case printer (www.foxjet.com).
