With all of the familiar advantages of the popular, lever-actuated 221 Series, Wago has expanded the series with the new 221 inline splicing connector. The connector allows universal conductor connection and a visibly secure conductor contact, and comes with intuitive orange levers for a tool-free wiring experience for solid, stranded, and fine-stranded conductors from 12 to 20 AWG.

Equipped with Wago’s spring pressure, maintenance-free Cage Clamp connection technology, the new Inline connectors offer the option of using additional adapters where multiple poles are required. Whether with or without strain relief, the freedom of a highly modular and flexible connection is possible with a snap-in mounting foot, screw, adhesive, tie-on, or suspended mounting, and can be placed on a 15- or 35-mm DIN rail.
