Featuring a heavy-duty, tubular carbon-steel frame construction, the Material Transfer bulk bag filler is adjustable for future bag size flexibility. It includes a 4,000-lb capacity, gain-in-weight, carbon-steel scale system and a flat-top densification system with twin electric vibrators and a pallet retaining system. Both systems are programmed and monitored using a remote NEMA 4 control panel with a PLC, HMI, and emergency stop pushbutton. The filler can be custom designed according to specific application requirements.
