Offering the functionality and built-in diagnostics of EtherCAT, the Beckhoff controller is a two-channel motor output stage for the BLDC motors used in motor-driven roller conveyor systems. Multiple M8 sockets support two conveyor systems per device and digital I/O for peripheral sensors, vision systems, or junctions. IP67 rated and compliant with new electrical standards being enforced in 2020, the EP7402 EtherCAT Box compact controller measures 174 mm x 60 mm x 36.5 mm, and mounts in standard C-channel or L-brackets directly on a conveyor frame.
