The Flexicon dumper-conveyor system accommodates 30- to 55-gal drums, 36- to 48-in. high, weighing up to 750 lb. Mounted on a mobile frame with quick-action floor jacks, the drum dumper raises and tips the platform-hood assembly and drum, stopping at a 45-, 60-, or 90-deg dump angle. A vertically oriented cone mates with a gasketed inlet port fitted to the hopper of the system’s flexible screw conveyor. Available with stainless-steel material contact surfaces or in all-stainless-steel construction finished to food or dairy industrial standards, the mobile drum dumper-conveyor system handles a variety of materials independently or in tandem.
