Historically, the color space (e.g., RGB) has been a significant challenge during setup of color inspection tasks. With Color FEX intelligent assistant, setup of 3D color identification and definition is quick and simple. Object colors and their shades are automatically identified and visualized in 3D as color spheres. The resulting absence of sphere collisions ensures reliable color inspection.
In addition to color inspection with Color FEX, the new VeriSens models incorporate the high-performance functionality of the XC series: the patented FEX image processor for stable image evaluation at varying light conditions or object color; integrated flash controller with either 48V or 4A pulse to power and actuate external illumination; and the first configurable web interface. Parameter setting of the VeriSens XC series is simple using the standardized VeriSens Application Suite software.
