Anritsu: Checkweigher/metal detector inspection system

Designed to provide safety compliance in the food and pharmaceutical industries, Anritsu's integrated inspection solution combines the SSV (Safety, Security, and Validation) Series Checkweigher and Dual Wave Series Metal Detector to deliver high-accuracy weighing plus metal detection in a very small in-plant footprint.

The Combination CW and MD Systems satisfy Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs for metal detection offering the data needed to maximize production lines, assure label weight compliance, reduce give away, and help assure a higher quality and consistent product is being delivered.

Anritsu SSV Series Checkweighers can weigh hundreds of products/min with a potential accuracy of ±.01 g, depending on the application.

Adopting a simultaneous 2-frequency magnetization detection method, the Dual Wave series can simultaneously detect both ferrous and stainless metals independent of each other. The series features five systems with numerous models in each category type.
