The ITD maintains sanitary conditions by incorporating a design that feeds trays from the backside (or bottom). In addition, washdown construction is available for wet-environment and food applications. It provides added versatility in handling multiple tray sizes and a wide array of materials, such as plastic plates and paperboard, plastic, Styrofoam and foil trays. Additional options include: a floor stand; a 30-in. or 48-in. long magazine; no-tool magazine changeover; a Venturi Vacuum System; and a Missed Detection System (with or without buzzer). Easy to install, simple design and clean, user-friendly control panel. Product changeover is fast and simple, and the standard air cylinder drive features a motion-control and drive system, making the ITD practically maintenance free.
