Product is held in one hand and a simple tug on the seal fin of the shorter other end opens the pack. For consumers on the go, the top of the pack may also be bitten off. Hygiene is preserved because the product does not have to be touched and remains covered with the other half of the pack. Pull-off section also enables marketing messages or promotions to be incorporated visibly into the packaging. Pull Pack requires limited new machinery (just one additional module for existing flow-wrapping machines) and no new processes.
