Integrated feed, forming, loading, closing, and discharge functions provide a range of capabilities, such as: single horizontal magazine with blank feeder, blank pull-down and vacuum conveyor staging, carton forming with glued bottom, Flexbot^® transport, Flexbot or Scara robot loading, Flexbot closing with glued or tuck top, and Nordson glue tank and guns. Operates at speeds to 120 cartons/min and to 30 picks/min within a 24’L x 7’W x 7.2’H space.
