ID Technology: Printer adds RFID capability

ID Technology has announced that its Knocked-Down Carton Label Printer/Applicator system now applies printed and encoded RFID labels.

This solution is offered for customers that require frequent, quick changeovers of case sizes or label position, as well as others who need to apply RFID encoded labels on knock-down cartons prior to case forming and product packing. System includes the company's Model 250r next generation printer/applicator, as well as a heavy-duty, vacuum-free case feeding system. Comes standard with a 32” case feeding magazine, vacuum-free mechanical case separation, case transfer by powered rollers, and a gravity discharge/restacking platform.
