Pepperl+Fuchs has introduced the MAH200 Universal Bar Code Reader, a handheld unit that automatically discriminates between all major 2-D matrix and linear bar-code symbologies.

Rugged and versatile, readers incorporate dual-path operating system, a 1.3 million pixel CMOS sensor, and a 400 MHz processor. Cordless version uses Bluetooth™ class 1 interface with a 300’ operating range. Performs more than 4ꯠ reads and transmits from a single battery charge. Cabled version is available with USB or RS232 interfaces.
