PlasmaReady™, the new upgrade program available from Enercon, enables any standard corona treating system to be retrofitted for treating a range of substrates using Plasma3 atmospheric plasma treatment technology. Upgrade includes all necessary station frame size modifications, as well as station preparation for variable chemistry control. Benefits include higher treatment levels; long-lasting surface activation; elimination of pin-holing; no ozone production; cold flame with controlled chemistry; unaffected surface morphologies; and construction to any production width.
