The Super Seal™ series of waterless induction cap sealers from Enercon (Menomonee Falls, WI) now features microprocessor control and “plug-in” sealing heads.

The “plug-in” sealing head design is said to make the changeover of sealing heads fast and easy. Also added is an adjustable “loss of seal” indicator that allows users to preset a power level and trigger an alarm if the power supplied to the Super Seal dips below the preset level. New to the operator interface are a local/remote button that enables local or remote control for turning the system on and off and an auto/manual control button that dictates if the power level is controlled automatically by a remote source or manually with an optional operator interface.
