Uson: Leak test system

The new Qualipak-B750 series, a flexible, repeatable, nondestructive leak test system from Uson, allows for normal packages to be returned to the line while the contents of leaking packages to be reclaimed.

Suitable for use in food and pharmaceutical industries, tester includes a choice of different size chambers that users select to correlate to the containers being tested. “Infills” are used for volume reduction and allow for varying container sizes to be tested in each chamber. Standard chambers accommodate container dias to 4 1¼2”. Test cycle usually lasts less than 1 min.
