Based on experiences with its Jet 2000 series, the manufacturer offers the Jet 4000 units redesigned for 2003 with easier-to-use interface and minimal maintenance for easy upkeep. The units print four lines on any surface including EAN, Code 39, Code 128 and other symbologies. Inks printed at up to 5 m/sec can be pigmented, ethanol-based, or food-grade inks. Panel operates via any of 6 operator languages and offers a 999-message storage capacity and FLASH media card. Production reporting and logo editing are easily done. Has automatic power off and emergency power supply.
