Duravant LLC acquires Wulftec International

Duravant LLC acquired Wulftec International, Inc. The partnership will bolster Duravant’s end-of-line portfolio of packaging solutions and extend the company’s integration and automation capabilities.

For over 25 years, Wulftec International has designed, engineered and manufactured best-in-class stretch wrapping and strapping equipment in their state-of-the-art headquarters in Quebec, Canada. Wulftec’s highly-customized systems are tailored to each end user’s most critical operating constraints and application needs to deliver performance that increases throughput volumes, improves cycle times, and ensures the ultimate protection of packaged goods for distribution.
