Matrox Imaging software training schedule for Spring 2018

Matrox® Imaging is offering onsite classroom training on the Matrox Imaging Library (MIL) 10 software development kit (SDK) (June 4 to June 7) and the Matrox Design Assistant integrated development environment (IDE) (May 30 to June 1) at its headquarters in Montreal, Canada. Students can choose to register for either one or both classes.

Register for Matrox Design Assistant and Matrox Imaging Library (MIL) 10 trainings by May 2 and May 7, respectively, to receive a 20% early-bird discount.

Introduction to the MIL/MIL-Lite Environment
Monday, June 4 2018 toThursday, June 7, 2018

The four-day course provides a general overview of MIL/MIL-Lite, explaining how to set up a development environment, and how to manage image buffers, image capture, and image display. The course also offers practical hands-on workshops to develop the knowledge and skills to solve real-world imaging applications.

Matrox Design Assistant
Wednesday, May 30, 2018 to Friday, June 1, 2018

The three-day training offers instruction on how to quickly and easily configure and deploy vision applications by constructing a flowchart instead of writing traditional program code. Attendees will learn how to set up the operator view (HMI), choose the best analysis and processing tools, and interface to automation equipment like PLCs. One-on-one time with experienced developers will ensure an immersive, highly informative educational experience.

Matrox Vision Academy Online
Matrox Vision Academy is also an on-demand training resource for Matrox Imaging Library (MIL) and Matrox Design Assistant that delivers a multitude of categorized instructional videos on how to use the software to create vision applications. Available to customers with MIL or Matrox Design Assistant maintenance subscriptions, as well as those evaluating either software, users can seek out training on specific topics of interest, when needed, however often needed, and from the convenience of their office, home, or on the go.
