EXAIR has expanded Long Super Air Knives to include a maximum length of 108″ (2743mm) and is now manufacturing all knives 60″ (1524mm) and longer in one piece construction. New one piece construction ensures seamless airflow and eliminates coupling multiple short length air knives together. One piece construction decreases overall height by ½″ making it better for tight spaces. Super Air Knives produce a laminar sheet of airflow to blow off, dry or cool wide surfaces up to 108″ (2743mm) wide. The energy efficient design minimizes compressed air use by entraining 40 parts room air to one part compressed air. It is ideal for use on wide parts, webs and conveyors. The Long Super Air Knives provide a uniform, high volume, high velocity curtain of air that is infinitely adjustable from gentle blowing force to a hard-hitting blast of air. The compact profile measures 1.75″ x 1.44″ with compressed air inlets located on each end and the bottom to permit easy mounting in tight spaces. The Long Super Air Knife is quiet, maintenance free, has no moving parts to wear out and is CE compliant. Long Super Air Knives are available in 60" (1524mm), 72" (1829mm), 84" (2134mm), 96" (2438mm) and 108″ (2743mm) lengths. They ship from stock in your choice of aluminum, Type 303 or Type 316 stainless steel. A factory installed plumbing kit is also available that makes it easy to connect Long Super Air Knives to any plant compressed air system and obtain the best performance. www.exair.com/52/lgsak.htm http://www.exair.com/52/WatchAirKnives.htm
