Scholle hires Lani Craddock as VP, Food market Sector

Scholle Packaging, performance packaging solutions provider, has hired Melania (Lani) Craddock to lead their global Food Market Sector group.

In her role as Vice President, Food Market Sector, Craddock and her team will be responsible for delivering innovative performance packaging solutions that will help transform the way that brands deliver their products to global retail and institutional markets safely, naturally, economically, and sustainably.

“With a proven expertise in a range of markets including: food, beverage, consumer goods, and agricultural products, Lani brings a creative edge and analytical approach to growing the Sector,” said Michael Edwards, Executive Vice President, Market Sectors. “We look forward to applying the wealth of experience Lani has gained in the packaging industry to help strengthen our position as an innovative performance packaging supplier, solving problems with multiple packaging formats now available to us.”

Craddock brings more than 20 years’ experience in the packaging industry with particular expertise in product development, strategic planning, and marketing. For the 12 years prior to her role at Scholle, Craddock held the position of Vice President of Marketing, Innovation Development, and Sustainability at Exopack. She has also held market research, planning, and packaging development roles for Cryovac.  She holds a BS in Animal and Food Science and a Master of Science in Food Science from Purdue and Clemson, respectively.
