“We are pleased to add Inter-Pac’s Tupelo facility to Pregis’ manufacturing footprint. Its geographic location will be an asset in servicing the protective packaging needs of our East Coast customers. Pregis will continue to operate Inter-Pac’s 180,000-sq.-ft. Tupelo manufacturing facility. Its 25 employees will be joining Pregis’ 2,000-member worldwide team.
“We believe that this transaction will benefit our customers across all segments and channels. This includes markets such as furniture, housewares, electronics, automotive, industrial and recreational products. We will also be able to bring a much wider product portfolio to Inter-Pac’s existing customers,” said Baudhuin.
