Spee-Dee to be represented by Alex E. Jones in Canada

James P. Navin, President of Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery, Inc., has announced that Alex E. Jones, based in Toronto, will be representing the company’s family of dry fill packaging equipment solutions in Canada.

According to Timm Johnson, Vice President, Sales/Marketing, Spee-Dee has been experiencing increased demand outside of the United States for the company’s technologically advanced product line.  Alex E. Jones offers the advantages of local sales, parts, and service support for Canadian-based packagers from its corporate headquarters and also maintains a sales support office, with a fully bilingual staff, in Montreal.

“Founded in 1976, Alex E. Jones,” Johnson emphasized, “has a lengthy track record of providing exceptional long-term support to customers within the market segments we serve.  The company’s factory trained service technicians, who average more than 10 years of experience each, will be instrumental in overseeing machine installations, start-up support, emergency repairs, troubleshooting, regular maintenance and machine upgrades,” he stated.

Spee-Dee Regional Sales Manager Rick Chrzan will retain a pivotal role in ensuring that all customer requests are addressed in an efficient and timely manner.
