Batching Systems, Inc. names David Wooldridge President and CEO

In its recent Board of Directors meeting David Wooldridge was unanimously appointed to serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Batching Systems, Inc., provider of high tech filling and packaging solutions.

Wooldridge, 45 has served as acting President since the death of his father in February 2012, former President and founder, Donald Wooldridge.

Wooldridge has spent the last 15 years of his career at Batching Systems, Inc. as an integral part of the management team working alongside the President and other key management associates in preparation for his future role in managing the business. He has extensive knowledge in numerous plant functions and has a thorough understanding of the company's core business and customer base.

"We have had a succession plan in place for years and although the management of the company has changed my background and experience at the company should assure all of our customers that we fully expect to continue to serve them reliably, while at the same time invest into the future of our product line and business," stated Wooldridge, adding that "Our Company has a solid foundation of over 22 years in business. It continues to grow as a viable entity within the packaging industry dedicated to our customers and we expect to demonstrate that at the upcoming National Industrial Fastener & Mill Supply Expo in Las Vegas, NV and Pack Expo in Chicago, IL later this year with our next generation counters, which will have the potential to change the packaging filling industry."
