Norwood Marking Systems appoints Bhavin Davé Business Unit Manager

Norwood Marking Systems has announced the appointment of Bhavin Davé to the position of Business Unit Manager, overseeing the operations of Norwood Marking Systems, Allen Coding Systems and Kingsley Machine Company in the US, Canada and Latin America.

Davé is responsible for leading strategies that bring the companies’ world-class coding and marking equipment and consumables to customers in the food, pharmaceutical, medical device, personal care, chemical, electronics, aerospace, military and other industrial markets.

“Bhavin is a results-driven professional with a track record of operational excellence,” said Juan López, General Manager of the ITW Coding & Marking Group.  “The skills and experiences he brings to his new position will help define, focus and support the companies’ business objectives.  He is well qualified to take this leadership role.”

Davé is an accomplished manager with more than 10 years of international experience in project management, operations, finance, product quality, R&D and plant engineering.  Most recently, he was Multi-Channel Operations Manager and PMO Manager with Sears Holdings Corporation.  Previously, he worked for Kimberly Clark Corporation as a Capital Projects Engineer.  Davé earned an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

“I am excited to join the ITW family of companies and work with Norwood, Allen and Kingsley to achieve new levels of business performance,” said Davé.  “These companies hold well-earned positions as technology leaders in their respective markets and I believe there are tremendous opportunities to leverage their positions into future growth.”
