Leister’s FC 550 frequency converter is configured for Leister blowers to operate with a higher frequency than a power grid, creating up to 60 percent better performance.

The FC550 frequency converter also restricts the blower to a lower frequency and maintains minimal air volume. Air volume can easily be adjusted with one of four preset frequencies or by remote control. This high-performance frequency converter comes ready to use and is designed to prevent thermal or mechanical damage. The FC 550 is an electrical unit that is connected to a single-phase main voltage on the input side and generates a three-phase signal with variable frequency on the output side.
