Molins PLC sells Sandiacre Rose Forgrove

Molins PLC has entered into a contract to sell its Sandiacre Rose Forgrove packaging machinery business.

The sale is conditional on the completion of information exchange and consultation with the UK-based employees of Sandiacre Rose Forgrove. It is expected that the sale will be completed before the end of the year.

The UK-based portion of Sandiacre Rose Forgrove is being acquired by Hayssen Europe Limited, and the US-based portion by Hayssen Inc., both subsidiaries of Barry-Wehmiller.
