Tuscarora Inc. (New Brighton, PA) acquired EPS (Moulders) Ltd. (Livingston, Scotland), a manufacturer of custom molded EPS. Tuscarora has also announced an agreement with BASF (Ludwigshafen, Germany) to conduct a joint feasibility study into the development of the EPS molding business in Brazil.
