McGrath has more than 30 years of extensive marketing and sales experience in the packaging industry. Most recently, he was President & CEO of Weber Marking Systems and prior to that position, he was Vice President of Marketing & Sales for over 16 years at Weber. McGrath has also served on the Board of Directors of the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute (PMMI).
