System features a pressure-controlled RABS, operated in a cleanroom and connected to a SCADA system installed by the company. Vials are manually fed into the washing machine then transferred to the sterilizing tunnel and sterilized with hot air at a temperature of 300°C. After sorting, vials proceed to the 12-head filling station operating with a time/pressure system. Line accommodates a range from 2mL to 30mL vials, and format changeover can be accomplished in 20 min.
