Running at speeds up to 45 cycles per minute, per lane, iSys denesters
handle most plastic, paperboard and pressware trays that are used in
both wet and dry applications. Clamshells, tubs, bowls and plates can
also be handled on the iSys. Standard construction is suitable for
most applications. Additional washdown construction is available for
high care conditions. MGS’s Kwik Klip™ assembly offers higher denesting
reliability and less machine downtime. The iSys also comes with a
standard air cylinder drive package, which can be upgraded via a full
range of drive systems/interface to other equipment on a line to meet
each end user’s specific needs.
Tray denester
MGS’ iSys Denester provides a tray denesting pick motion with the capability of either sidewall and/or straight-line motion.
